That's the very definition of bravery, you plank

Doing something on instinct and worrying about the consequences later doesn't neceassarily make you brave. He's probably even thinking to himself now that he was a bit stupid and probably doesn't even see himself as brave.

I'm looking beyond the Wall, Sold mate, and seeing a mucker you'd want in the trenches with you, even if, yes, he may well pong a bit.

Re: Your thoughts on this Millwall fan stabbed on Sat night?...
Good on him but mentioned earlier it was ODD for him to announce his MILLWALLNESS while reacting.

It appears a common trait of Millwall fans to announce their allegiance in any situation to appear to be HARD.
Partly because their hooligan reputation is all they have.
More likely because it plays well in attracting gay partners who like a bit of rough.

Lily... well perhaps the boys should recruit a few more 'Wall then and not take a shoeing against them again...

Well, pissed up or loony or both, to go toe to toe with three armed men when you are unarmed, in most circumstances will lead to your almost certain death. That takes a lot of bollocks in my humble opinion.

Just 1 inch of steel in the right place and it's game over let alone 3 of them going at you with 9 inch blades.

It's a miracle that he's alive.

Millwall as a club can still fuck off though, for sure.

NS

Tables chairs and bottles makes russians giggle. A few more like this bloke, and Marseille would have turned out differently last summer.

Yet, of all the pissed up people out on town that evening, he was the only one to front them.

Eh?? There's loads of tales of people chucking loads of stuff, chairs, tables, bottles etc at them?? But agree... he's probably the only loon that shouts out `Fuck off I'm Millwall'

Pissed or not, I only salute him, and reserve any other judgements until we play his mob again.

Re: Your thoughts on this Millwall fan stabbed on Sat night?...
Rag - He is being heralded as 'brave' because it was a terrorist incident. Simple as that.

For me, he's pissed up, saw a couple of dudes waving knifes and his natural instinct was 'come on then, I'm Mllwall'

If you are in a pub and 2 blokes are having a row and one pulls out a knife and the other bloke instead of running away wades into him would you think that he's 'brave' or just a bit of a loon? I'd say the latter. I reserve the word 'brave' for war heroes, speical police etc, not a pissed up Millwall fan whose natural instinct was to have a tear up. But like I said in my first post, good for him.

Anyway, I don't want to get anyone else all upset so I'll leave it at that.

Re: Your thoughts on this Millwall fan stabbed on Sat night?...
I know someone who's been stabbed less severely than this man and they've got pretty serious ongoing health issues as a result. Nerve damage, loss of feeling in parts, damage to arterys and major blood vessels, organs not healing, all of that sort of stuff. He's going to need every penny raised I reckon.

One brave bloke.

Re: Your thoughts on this Millwall fan stabbed on Sat night?...
Stop repeating yourself over and over with the same old dreary shit. Are you like that in real life? So now I have mental problems according to you? Fucking grow up you soppy cunt.

Like I say take nothing away from the fella, but if a couple of blokes come in your local waving a knife around would you immediately head for the exit and run down the road as fast as possible?

He was pissed up and fancied a tear up even if the odds were against him, good for him.

I use to take over people opinions I didn't like too seriously as well, but have overcome that now. You should try to do the same. Don't take the place so seriously.

Eerie Descent 9:30 Thu Jun 8
Re: Your thoughts on this Millwall fan stabbed on Sat night?...
I do think you care, yes. The fact that you want a website to shut down because you can't stop looking at it suggests some mental problems, so I feel sorry for you, to be honest.

Anyway, this is about another man's bravery, not you or me. You wouldn't know about bravery, because you ran away from real life because you couldn't handle it, so don't try to belittle people like this man.

Private Dancer 9:22 Thu Jun 8
Re: Your thoughts on this Millwall fan stabbed on Sat night?...
Don't get yourself all upset, little Eerie. Are you looking for a tear up, girlfriend not giving you enough attention?

Bo hoo, I have a different opinion, so fucking what. Do you really think I give a single fuck what a little prick like you might think on said opinion?

Re: Your thoughts on this Millwall fan stabbed on Sat night?...
Yes a hero etc, but wouldn't say it's the bravest thing I've ever read about, not by a long chalk.

He was probably pissed up anyway, saw a few nut jobs with knifes and his natural instinct is to 'stand and fight'and have a tear up. If they came in waving guns around no doubt he would have been on his toes, pronto.

Not trying to take anything away from him though.

"I am Millwall"

Quite like the idea this was the last thing the brave Jihadi heard before he was taken out.

Then him rocking up to the place with the virgins and being told to "fuck off we don't like your type in here".

Rather good that.

Oh, and this bit;

"It was reported that Smeaton shouted "fuckin' mon, then" and aimed a kick in the testicles at Kafeel Ahmed, who later died from his 90% burns following the attack."
